    I had an excellent experience working with Romney in the service department. He really listened to my concerns and made sure my truck was well taken care of. The mechanic who worked on it was incredibly thorough as well. Everyone I interacted with was positive, professional, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

    I had a very pleasant experience with this GM dealership’s service department. My service advisor was polite, attentive, and quick to assist me throughout the process. At the end of my visit, he was able to update my address without hesitation, which I really appreciated. The service itself was efficient and professional. My wait time was reasonable, and everything was handled smoothly. Having recently moved from Central Florida, I can honestly say this is the friendliest GM dealership I’ve visited—my experiences elsewhere have not come close to this level of customer service. I also want to recognize the young woman who called ahead to confirm my appointment and update my account details. Although I unfortunately don’t remember her name, she was incredibly pleasant and took care of everything before I even arrived, which made the entire process seamless. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that I was told my car would receive a wash, and it appeared that it was not done. It’s not a major issue, but when something is promised, I do think it should be followed through. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience and will definitely return for future service.

    Pathetic service advisor (Mr. Keith). Doesn't know how to talk to someone in a polite & professional manner. My EV which is 2024 Chevy Blazer EV ran into OnStar module issue due to which, GPS isn't working so had to bring to service center for troubleshooting. Mr. Keith found that OnStar module needs to be replaced and he mentioned that he ordered the part but there's no ETA on that. I mentioned to him multiple times what's his next step because I need an ETA & next plan/strategy because if the part arrives a month later, then how will things be compensated? Also, I asked him to inform this issue to Service Manager (Mr. Henry Borders) which he didn't. Not to mention, he was being a real jerk based on his attitude which I didn't like or appreciate b/c that's not how you talk to & deal with customers. I will be reporting this issue to Service Manager (Mr. Henry Borders) & General Manager (Craig Robbins) b/c this is highly unacceptable. I won't be getting this service advisor next time. Thank you!!
