I was in shock when the estimate came back at $3k. We both realized it was not my vehicle and the an actual charge of $103 looked great! A gasket was needed on the engine oil drain plug and the drain plug was crossed threaded. Reminded the service agent that the truck has only had the oil changed at this facility in at least the last three years. There was no charge to fix. Thank you.
