    October, 2020, I purchase my 1st Equinox (black with dark interior) from Reliable Chevrolet in Richardson, Texas. Few months ago, my engine light went on, so I took it to Reliable Chevrolet's customer service department. After leaving it there for 2 days, they had not even taken a look at it, even to evaluate the problem. I took it to Huffines Chevrolet's Customer Service. I drove in, Mr. Romney came out and greeted me. He asked what the issue was. My sister in law picked me up from dealership. Within an hour they called me and said when they opened my car's hood, there was a very large squirrels nest. The squirrels had eaten on the cables to my battery. I made appointment to have it fixed. From then on I was a Huffines customer. So when I realized that my manual back hatch was to hard for me to handle and for safety reasons. I went to see Romney and asked him, who in the showroom sales people should I go to. He said one moment, Then he came back to me at the Customer Service Department, where he drove me to the show room and introduced me to Brian Dominquez. Salesmanship is long and necessary in order to hear all the customer's preferences. I really wanted a black Equinox but only one coming from factory was a dark silver on with the options that I needed. So, I put my deposit down and the car was produced and shipped. July 16th, I went into the show room to see where the car was located. It was in a Mesquite hub. But a sales person when to the back to see if it had arrived, when he came back into the showroom, he said the only thing we just got in is a Black Equinox. He pointed out to it just outside the showroom. I told him that was the true car that I wanted. He said he would see if it is promised to another customer. After an hour or so, the found that there was an deposit on the car. I came back on Monday, July 26th, they contacted the sales person, who gave them the name of the customer who put down the deposit. Well, the customer told them that they no longer wanted the car. Very long story short. Every one in the showroom from Brian Dominquez to everyone else in the showroom did everything they could to truly supply me with what I really wanted. Bravo to Huffines Chevrolet! GMC should sent them a catered lunch for all they do for their customers. Lorene Romero 972-922-9868

    The lease on my Malibu was coming to an end. I had less than 1 month to go and was looking for a new Blazer RS. they had 2, but both were spoken for. Morris made the effort and was able to get one from a reluctant sister dealership at a different location. Sale and trade-in went smoothly. Morris was very helpful giving me the information I needed to make my decision.
