It was fine. But I didn't get a sticker on when my next oil change should be and how many miles till then or how good my tires are

I made an appointment for the first service for a new Tahoe. I requested a rotation/ balance and alignment. When I arrived at 1145 for my 1200 appointment no one greeted me and I had to find an adviser. I then asked about the service to be performed and they had no note of the rotation/ balance and alignment. I stressed that I wanted these performed and was told they would. The Tahoe was ready about an hour later and the balance and alignment was not performed. This was corrected and I waited another hour or so. I am not sure why it took three times for the service to be performed.

When I arrived on time for my 3:30 appt, I was assigned to someone not at his station; there were three others at their stations. I stood there for 5 minutes and then the man next to him helped me. He couldn't find any records of the October 13th visit where I had left my car for the annual appt, (which for the record….I never got a call to pick up that day, had to call the next day and ask for my car…really shocking to me but I figured business just isn't as good as our experiences at VW dealers). After 5 minutes trying, he took me to Reggie who had been my check-in person on the 13th. Reggie had no recall which is understandable. Reggie proceeded to tell me that a 3:30 appointment meant that it probably couldn't be looked at today…that didn't sit well with me 1-because YOU (Huffines ) have the appt slot and 2- it was their error that caused me to be here today…. There was a faulty sensor where huffines had rotated the tires. And when they couldn't find the paperwork to affirm, and that there's no record that my recall was taken care of as promised (still on the app that it wasn't …STILL TODAY NOV 7) or that this problem with the tire sensor is only since I've been in here, and he took a little bit more and initiative and got it back in the bay to be looked at. I asked for the manager. I was told he would let him know. At 3:50 I went back and asked Reggie if it was worth me waiting because he didn't specifically say …. He said yes. They're taking a look at it and I again asked for the manager and he said he isn't here (actually said that and it wasn't true…. Because the next time he said he was in a meeting; lying is where I really struggle... Incompetence is bad; lying is worse) but he knows that I'm wanting to talk to him. Reggie told me when I went back at 3:50 that the paperwork was put on our other huffines car, same model different color and DIFFERENT VIN) and that the appointment was made for the other car. I said who made the appointment. He could not tell me that. I have a hard time believing that we messed up but if it's possible. But it is still Huffines responsibility to check the VIN number which they did not do…neither Reggie nor the mechanic on Oct 13. 4:05 no Henry 4:10 no Henry 4:12 Reggie found me waiting near cashier because you have at playing without the actual programming because there's a huffiness message over the screen...). Reggie said the sensor is bad. They'll order one. I pointed out that today is end of one year warranty. He said it's covered. He said the paperwork is their fault. Said Henry is still in a meeting and he'll get him out. Your solution was to change the car to my name so there are not two in David's name, which led to the confusion. I said that not checking the VIN led to the problem. I'm not overjoyed....I hate going to the dealership. I don't want it in my name. But I didn't want this circus every time...I really didn't feel like there was another option. I'd like to say they made things right…. But nothing had changed except two hours of my life going to-waiting-returning…. Filled with frustration (where's Henry? Here? In a meeting?). The need for a recall is still showing according to my Chevy app and right now, four days later, I haven't heard if the sensor came in. And I am writing this accurate account with no faith that the people that need to read it, will read it. Do better, pls.

Excellent service and response to my needing to move my appointment to later in the day. I originally had a 3:30 appointment, but got tied up at a meeting and called to move it to 4:30, which was acceptable and the work was quick and no problems. i did have to return to Keith (service) advisor to use my Chevrolet App points since the cashier couldn't provide the credit. This was no big deal for me, but i had to track down Keith and he was more than helpful to provide the coupon.

Our experience buying our new 2026 Chevrolet Trailblazer LT from Huffines Chevrolet in Plano, Texas was AWESOME! But it was also exactly what we have come to expect from Huffines since we first started dealing with Huffines many years ago. Alfonso Nunez-Avalos was terrific to deal with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, engaging, and very, very helpful. The whole buying atmosphere at Huffines Chevrolet was GREAT from Alfonso to Steve Williamson to all the Huffines associates who greeted us. There was no pressure to buy, only help to find the best vehicle for us based on what we were looking for and needed. We are driving our new Trailblazer and love it. Thank you Huffines Chevrolet, Alfonso & Steve!

No appointment for oil change. Right at 1 hour and done!!!! Thx. $80 dollars now for an oil change is crazy. Come on Chevy. How many millions do you need. Before Covid oil change was $25. 5 years later and now $55 dollars more. Oil and a filter. 15 minute job. No coupons anymore and the 10% veteran discount barely covers the tax.

Carlos is great to work with. I would have liked to be notified of the progress more often. I would have like that I could have used a loaner car since I’m a one vehicle home and this took several days. It would have been nice to get a report on things that was found during the inspection that needed repaired. I was told what needed to be done and I asked for a report, it could have been email to me. I did think it was thoughtful that one of the office ladies offered water and snacks. It was not bad sitting there three hours.
